RAPID VARIO-FS
The RAPID VARIO-FS metal separator is used to inspect bulk goods under free-fall conditions. It detects all magnetic and nonmagnetic metal contaminations (steel, stainless steel, aluminium) Metal contaminations are rejected through the “Quick Flap” reject unit. Compact height ensure easy installation into existing pipework and product flows, position of the waste from the reject unit can be positioned to suit the application.
RAPID PRO-SENSE 4
The RAPID PRO-SENSE 4 metal separator primarily is used for quality inspection (product purity) in the production and compounding of plastic granulate, where it typically is installed directly before the material is filled in bin-bags, octabins, or silos. The metal separator also is used for quality inspection in the incoming goods department of plastic-processing plants.Bulk material classification:
• Grain shape: Granulates, milled material, pellets
• Max. grain size: Ball shape Ø < 8 mm
• Pourability: Good to medium

For conveying free-fall bulk materials such asgranulates, foil chips, pellets and wood chips. Use directly after dosing, rotary feeder, free fall pipe, e.g. last control point before material enters octabins, big-bag stations, dryers or bagging stations. Metallic contaminants detected and safely discharged from 0,3 mm. Combination with magnets possible
